Privacy notice

Updated 4 October 2026

How we handle the information you share with Noor.

Who we are

Noor is operated by Noor Systems (ABN 21 131 405 495), based in Perth, Western Australia. This notice covers enquiries, bookings and information shared during our consulting work.

For privacy questions, contact Mo at hello@noorai.au.

What we collect and why

When you email us or book a call, we receive the contact details, booking information and business information you choose to share. During an engagement, this can include correspondence, project information and meeting notes.

We use this information to respond to you, arrange meetings, understand your business, keep track of our conversations and carry out agreed work. Share only information relevant to the conversation, and avoid sending sensitive personal information about yourself or others unnecessarily.

This website has no contact form, account registration or payment collection. Its email and booking links take you to separate services.

Where information is held

We use Gmail for email, Google Calendar for scheduling, Calendly for bookings and meeting recaps, and Notion as our client relationship manager. These services process the information used in those activities. Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect it.

These providers may process information outside Australia. Calendly says its user and invitee data is stored in the United States. Google, Notion and Vercel may use overseas infrastructure and service providers; locations depend on the service and account configuration.

Read their notices: Google, Calendly, Notion and Vercel. Their notices also apply when you follow links to their services.

Meeting recordings and AI notes

We use Calendly Notetaker to transcribe meetings and produce AI generated summaries and action items. Although we do not make a separate recording ourselves, Notetaker records the meeting to provide these features. Its recordings, transcripts and recaps are held in Calendly, and notes may also be kept in Notion.

Before your meeting, you can ask Mo not to use Notetaker. If it joins a call, you can ask for it to be removed or stop its recording. Calendly explains its recording notifications and controls in the Notetaker overview.

How long information is kept

Our intended retention period for inactive enquiries and meeting material is six months from our last contact with you. The cleanup workflow is still being implemented, so automatic deletion is not yet operating and we cannot promise that existing copies are already removed at that point.

Information needed for ongoing work or legal, accounting and tax obligations may need to be kept longer. Provider backups and logs can have different retention periods. Contact us if you would like us to review or delete information sooner.

Security and website tracking

This website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Enquiries and client records are held in the services listed above, not in a contact database on this website. Their security also depends on account settings and access permissions. No online service is completely free of risk.

We have not added advertising pixels or analytics tracking to this website. Hosting services can still process technical logs, and external booking or social websites have their own cookie and tracking practices.

The review preview may also include Vercel’s collaboration toolbar for website feedback. Vercel’s privacy notice covers information processed by that feature.

Newsletters

We are not currently sending newsletters. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and explain the signup and unsubscribe options before collecting subscriptions.

Your questions and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@noorai.au. Tell us what you would like reviewed. We may need to check your identity before sharing or changing information.

If information cannot be deleted because it is needed for ongoing work or a legal obligation, we will explain the reason. For a complaint, contact Mo first so we can investigate and respond. You can also consult the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about your options where applicable.

We will update the date and content of this notice when our practices change.
