Clarity before complexity.
Noor means light in Arabic. I want to help Perth businesses see clearly what could work better.
Drag the mark to turn it
I’m Mo,
founder of Noor.
Good consulting should leave your business more capable.
My background spans civil engineering, project delivery and hospitality, alongside an MBA from Edith Cowan University here in Perth. Those experiences taught me to look at how people, processes and systems work together.
I bring that perspective to Noor, helping businesses make informed decisions about AI and turning worthwhile ideas into practical improvements.
I’m honest about what works, what doesn’t and where the value is.

How I work.
- i
Business before tools
Start with the problem, not the technology.
- ii
Useful over impressive
Choose changes your team will actually use.
- iii
Built together
You are part of every decision.
